Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills with efficient issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support through onsite and remote assistance.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Monitor performance and conduct routine maintenance.
• Implement security updates and cybersecurity practices.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and documentation.
• Support network infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.
• Guide users on security and IT policies.
