Job summary

Colonial Downs Group (CDG) is seeking an IT Technician to ensure smooth operation of back-office, front-of-house, POS, printers, scanners, and network resources at our Virginia gaming facility.

The IT Technician will provide on-site support, install hardware, troubleshoot software, manage accounts, backups, and asset inventories, while training staff and upholding state gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of information technology experience.
• Must obtain Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for the entire gaming facility.
• Install and maintain hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and printer/kiosk issues.
• Maintain asset inventories and user accounts.
• Educate users to reduce recurring issues.
• Train staff on new or changed systems.
• Ensure data integrity and security rights.
