Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Virginia racing license.

Responsibilities

• Process jackpot hand-pay transactions and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain and service HHR machines and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal controls.
• Assist guests and promote player card usage.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff.
