Requirements:

• -2+ years of hands-on MSP, or Field Technician Experience (preferred)
• -Strong written and oral communication skills
• -Current Industry Certifications (Preferred)

Proficiency in:

• -Windows Server and desktop (build and migration)
• -Exchange Server and O365 support
• -VoIP
• -Antivirus Solutions
• -Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper V)
• -Cloud Hosting (O365, M365, Azure)
• -Networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless)
• -Printers/Scanners
• -Backups/Recovery and test restore
• -Various hardware and software troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
