Job summary

A leading IT solutions company in Wilmington, OH is looking for a Technician 2 to perform testing and troubleshooting of computer systems. The ideal candidate should possess an Associate Degree or equivalent work experience, along with CompTIA A+ Certification. Responsibilities

• Performs testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of defective computer systems.
• Performs advanced configuration jobs with minimal assistance.
• Ensures hardware/software compatibility and provides support.
• Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.

Skills

Technical aptitude with ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Strong knowledge of and the ability to identify components and software used in computers

Technology troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Education

Associate Degree or equivalent education and work experience

CompTIA A+ Certification

Network+, Server+ certifications
