Job summary

NYU Langone Hospital—Suffolk in Patchogue, NY is seeking a Technician II-Technology Management - Information Services to support end-user infrastructure and IT services during 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices, provide Tier 2 support over the phone and on-site, document solutions, and participate in small projects while upholding service standards and health IT policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and occasional night/weekend shifts.
• Proactive in documenting problem resolutions and end user instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support End User Infrastructure; install, maintain, troubleshoot devices and connectivity.
• Provide Tier 2 phone and on-site assistance; escalate when needed.
• Diagnose desktop issues and ensure malware protection.
• Document solutions and maintain problem-solving records.
• Assist with small projects and software/hardware upgrades.
