NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk is seeking a Technician II-Technology Management in Information Services to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves maintaining a reliable IT infrastructure, supporting end-user devices, and resolving issues across PCs, Macs, printers, and networked systems.

The ideal candidate provides clear communication to users and collaborates on small projects and deployments.

Formación

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to lift >= 40 lbs.
• May require nights/weekends/off-peak hours work occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end user device administration, configuration, support and troubleshooting for PDAs, PCs, Macintosh and Windows workstations, printers, LAN, AV, Video conferencing, and telephone.
• Deliver Tier 2 remote and on-site assistance, identifying problems and guiding users to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Document problem solutions and configurations; maintain journal entries and tickets in the Front Range system.
• Assist with installation, rollout and upgrade of software, hardware, systems, servers, and networks; participate in testing and evaluating new tech.
• Publish ticket updates to self-service interfaces and adhere to service levels.
