Job summary

Initial.IT, a Denver-based Managed Services Provider, seeks an energetic IT Technician to join our support team. You will engage with customers remotely and on-site, troubleshooting desktop and network issues while building strong client relationships across the Denver Metro area.

You will document procedures, support 1600+ endpoints, and assist Systems Administrators on-site. Strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and Windows networking expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; technical certification is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age with valid driver's license.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

You'll spend most of your time engaging with our customers via remotely and on-site, solving their issues, and building strong business relationships. Responsibilities will include:

• Provide desktop support over the phone and in-person, troubleshooting network and end-user systems.
• Develop and document technical procedures and end-user guides.
• Work alongside our team of technology professionals to deliver best-in-class IT support to over 1600 endpoints
• Support our Systems Administrators on-site and in the office.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; technical certification is a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have proof of active automobile liability insurance that meets Colorado State Law requirements.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
