Job summary

Titan Farms is seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on user support, maintain systems, and assist with Microsoft 365 and automation initiatives across the organization.

The role includes setup of devices, ongoing network monitoring, and support for specialized seasonal technologies such as Light-O-Rama and xLights, with opportunities to develop scripts in Python.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Microsoft 365 experience and certifications welcome.
• Familiarity with Power Automate or interest in workflow automation.
• Basic scripting or programming experience, preferably Python.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Square POS or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support for hardware, software, accounts, connectivity, and general tech issues.
• Provide remote, phone, or on-site technical support as needed.
• Set up computers, devices, accounts, applications for new users.
• Maintain and update workstations, systems, and security tools.
• Monitor network gear, servers, and system availability; respond to alerts.
• Assist with design, implementation, and documentation of new software and tech improvements.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and related tools.
• Assist with Power Automate workflows and automation opportunities.
• Use or develop Python scripts for automation and data handling when appropriate.
• Support Square POS systems and seasonal lighting tech (Light-O-Rama, xLights).
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and completed work.
