Job summary

Manac Trailers USA Inc in Oran, MO is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to set up and maintain workstations, ensure network connectivity and security, and assist users across the plant. This role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting and rapid learning in a manufacturing setting.

You will participate in training opportunities, contribute to continuous improvement, and benefit from paid holidays, PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401k after probation.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT experience preferred in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication with users and teams.

Job description

Education, Experience, and Skills/Abilities:

• Relevant I.T. (entry level) experience preferably in the manufacturing field
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Willingness to learn new systems (Training opportunities are available)
• Willing to provide good communication with all users
• Able to work in a team environment
• Continuous Improvement mindset a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain workstations and other relevant devices and equipment
• Maintain connectivity and security of local networks
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on systems
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problemsIdentify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
• Other relevant duties as assigned
