Job summary

Manac Inc. in Oran, MO is seeking an entry-level IT support professional to join our manufacturing-focused team. You will set up and maintain workstations, ensure network connectivity and security, and guide users in using our systems with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

You will diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and assist with ordering equipment as needed. The role offers training opportunities and the chance to grow with an expanding Oran location.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT experience preferred in manufacturing.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain workstations and other relevant devices and equipment.
• Maintain connectivity and security of local networks.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on systems.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
