Brent Industries in the United States is seeking a motivated IT Technician to join our expanding team. You will be the primary point of contact for technical support, helping keep our hardware and software systems running smoothly and securely.

Duties include help desk problem-solving, hardware and software maintenance, and ensuring devices are up to date with patches and antivirus. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator who can translate issues into practical solutions will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows and Android OS
• Basic understanding of Networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• An aptitude for low-level AI models and basic automation tools
• Initiative-taking and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with team members
• Technical support experience or associate degree preferred

Responsibilities
