Ideal candidates have experience in customer service and sales, knowledge of powersports or automotive parts, and experience with ecommerce platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Customer Sales and Service experience.
• Experience with general mechanical knowledge of Powersports or Automotive Industry.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on phone communication.
• Experience with E-Commerce platforms.
• Powersports expertise or Powersports parts & accessories knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order issues per company policies.
• Manage telephone calls professionally and communicate clearly.
• Process customer orders/changes/returns per procedures.
• Work with team to resolve customer disputes and quality/fulfillment issues.
• Provide timely feedback to the sales team about service failures or customer concerns.
• Contribute to improving Sales/Service strategies and outcomes.
• Support worthwhile growth and personal development within the team.
