Job summary

Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM) Stores in Knoxville, TN is seeking an IT Technician to keep computers, printers and network gear running across locations. This full-time role requires travel in a company vehicle to different sites daily and responding to support tickets in a timely manner.

You will assist management by installing internet services, addressing mobile/IOS devices, and solving problems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Must travel solo in a company vehicle to multiple locations daily to address IT issues.
• Respond to support ticket submissions in a timely manner.
• Ensure computers, printers and other hardware function effectively across departments and locations.
• Support and address mobile/IOS devices promptly.
• Oversee installation of internet and other tech services at locations as needed.
• Collaborate with management to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain flexibility to assist in emergencies (internet outage, terminal issues, etc.).
