Job summary

DataSHUR Corp is seeking a reliable IT Technician with dental-practice software expertise for a hybrid role that blends remote support with on-site visits for setup and training. You will be the go-to resource for clinics, ensuring smooth technology delivery and issue resolution.

You will support Dentrix and DEXIS, deploy hardware, manage Autotask tickets, and uphold HIPAA data handling and cybersecurity best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dentrix and DEXIS is preferred
• Familiarity with Autotask or similar PSA platforms is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Windows environments, networking, and remote desktop support.
• Windows Server and desktop Administration experience required
• Datto RMM and BCDR administration experience preferred
• Watchguard Firewalls experience preferred
• Ubiquiti experience preferred (network and firewalls)
• Beyond Trust experience preferred (bomgar)

Responsibilities
