Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; CPTC is a plus.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience in IT, software, or engineering environments.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to convey complex tech clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop user guides, manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for software, hardware, APIs, and IT processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather accurate technical information.
• Plan and maintain documentation repositories for easy navigation and up-to-date content.
• Edit for clarity, consistency, and formatting; create visuals to aid understanding.
• Translate technical jargon into user-friendly language and ensure compliance with standards.
