Qualifications

• Three years of experience in information technology.
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus one year IT experience.
• An associate's degree in information technology plus one year IT experience.
• A bachelor’s degree plus one year of IT experience.
• A bachelor’s degree with twenty-four semester hours in IT/CS/Eng/Math/Business analytics.
• Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, enhance, and develop existing and new enterprise systems and applications.
• Analyze system changes, enhancements, and designs to ensure data integrity, system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Evaluate change requests and determine impact on mission-critical systems and applications.
• Collaborate with business clients to identify issues, gather requirements, and communicate status.
• Participate in meetings and design sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Partner with clients to identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency and workflow.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions, including office automation and application enhancements.
• Troubleshoot technical and application issues with vendors and IT resources until resolved.
