Job Summary

Our dynamic Ethos IT Team is growing and seeking a full-time IT Technical Project Lead - Integrated Solutions & Customer Delivery (REMOTE) to drive the delivery of complex, cross-functional technical projects. This position will oversee the design, development, and integration of advanced solutions using Amazon Bedrock, MuleSoft, and custom .NET utilities, all tailored for the insurance investigations space. This role involves leadership with our third-party contractors and in-house teams, as well as individual contribution in delivering comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead project delivery: Manage all phases from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
2. Architect solutions: Design investigation workflows using Amazon Bedrock and GenAI tools.
3. Integrate systems with MuleSoft: Build and manage third-party integrations to connect internal and client systems.
4. Develop data migration tools: Create custom C# utilities for secure data transfer.
5. Document technical schematics: Maintain system documentation for future scalability.
6. Mentor project teams: Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support.
7. Manage risks and timelines: Oversee project risks, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
8. Ensure compliance and security: Meet cloud security, data protection, and industry standards.
9. Promote innovation: Encourage continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or relevant experience).
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in technical project management, solution architecture, or software engineering, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Cloud solutions: Proven success with AWS, Amazon Q for Business, Bedrock, and GenAI.
• API development: Expertise in ASP.NET and MuleSoft.
• Programming: Strong C# skills, experience in data migration.
• Infrastructure: Experience with MS SQL Server and Windows.
• Security & compliance: Familiar with cloud security and data protection in regulated industries.
• Communication: Excellent at bridging technical and non-technical discussions.
• Methodologies: Proficiency with Agile, ADO, Git.

Certifications

• AWS certifications, including Solutions Architect, are a plus.

Working Conditions

This role is 100% remote, working hours between 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST. Occasional overtime may be required due to project demands.
