Senior Technical Project Lead (20+ Years in IT)

- Senior Technical Project Lead with expertise in System and Network Administration.

- Conduct security checks and ensure effective IT project planning and oversight of IT performance.

- Provide cloud support and planning, managing cloud and local teams from a work and time perspective.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of IT improvement plans.

- Align IT budgets with IT priorities and overall IT performance.

- Responsible for the secure and smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems and network maintenance, troubleshooting, and security.

Key Responsibilities and Scope:

Customer and IT-centric:

  • Plan projects and timelines to meet client/customer objectives.
  • Plan projects and timelines to meet IT security and compliance objectives.
  • Coordinate with network and server admin teams to align changes, assess impacts, and develop backup plans for all projects and changes globally.
  • Familiarize with global IT standards to ensure compliance and prevent outdated practices.
  • Conduct regular global internal meetings within IT to ensure team alignment and remote collaboration across locations.
  • Manage project plans and provide updates on progress, finances, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures during projects.
  • Support IT department heads and teams to mitigate project risks and achieve goals.
  • Proactively manage scope changes, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Implement resource planning based on agile methodologies within a shared resource pool.
