Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience or an associates degree with 3+ years of relevant work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills applied to recruiting.
• Interest in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and be the main contact through the recruiting cycle.
• Build relationships and provide career coaching on market trends and resumes.
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools and AI-assisted insights.
• Use data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions.
• Advise managers on skills, rates, and timelines for onboarding.
