• Develop a network of key talent from competitors and industry to recruit candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess fit and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
• Explain Tractor Supply Company's culture, mission, and values to candidates and discuss growth opportunities.
• Present job offers and facilitate acceptance, including total rewards discussion.
• Initiate onboarding activities to integrate new hires.
