Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Foundational understanding of technology concepts and programming relevant to IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to learn.
• Willingness to relocate to the Greater Nashville Area for the internship duration.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: troubleshoot hardware, software, and tech issues for end users.
• Software Development: assist with coding, testing, and enhancements.
• Data & Analytics: help with data analysis and reporting.
• Infrastructure Management: exposure to network and server tasks.
