Job summary

Job description

This role supports full-cycle recruiting for professional positions across the Store Support Center.

• Full-cycle recruiting for designated departments and functional teams
• Partner with hiring managers to source and hire qualified candidates
• Interview and screen candidates for technical competence, relevant background and skills, culture fit, and organizational effectiveness
• Present TSC context by communicating company culture, values, and job requirements to candidates
• Make employment recommendations using information from interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes
• Promote the employment brand and represent TSC mission, values, and culture in the local market
• Participate in recruiting events including conferences, job fairs, and workshops on behalf of TSC
• Collaborate on future staffing needs with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to secure qualified talent
• Enable hiring manager performance by providing training and training materials for recruiting, interviewing, and decision-making best practices
• Talent research to identify resources for recruiting the best talent for open roles
• Build networks through venues such as LinkedIn and networking conferences
• Coordinate offers by partnering with HR teams and hiring managers to create, recommend, and communicate job offers
• Scheduling support by partnering with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure interviews are scheduled

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of related experience
• Communication: comfortable speaking with all levels of hiring managers; effective written and verbal communication
• Skills: strong organizational and creative skills
• Employment law knowledge: understanding of employment laws related to non-discriminatory hiring practices and recruiting best practices
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Flexibility: any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered
