Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for single-user issues, including PC, printer, and Windows applications. The role serves as the first contact via email or client portal and may work from the service desk or in the field.

Shift: 8-5, onsite at least two days per week; remaining days in the call queue. Experience with basic infrastructure and known IT tools is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Education includes A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on-the-job experience.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of service-related experience preferred.
Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills required.
Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Manage service intake via email and client portal.
Perform basic troubleshooting for single-user issues.
Document troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
Support Professional Services with client onsite deployments as needed.
Follow established client support documentation.
