Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and connectivity issues. You will handle tickets, communicate with clients, and follow SOPs to ensure high-quality service across on-site, remote, and client sites.

The role offers collaboration with Systems Administrators and Engineers, opportunities to grow technical knowledge, and participation in a supportive MSP team focused on client success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Entry-level certifications are preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, Google IT Support, CompTIA A+).
• 1-3 years of technical support/desk experience with MSP exposure is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline technical support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic connectivity.
• Document all support activities and maintain ticketing accuracy for billing and support continuity.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or Engineers per SOPs and SLAs.
