Job summary

Circadia is seeking an IT Systems & Support Administrator to support our employees and technology environment in St. Louis. The role combines Microsoft 365 administration, Power BI dashboards, end-user support, and basic network troubleshooting.

You will work hands-on to maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and security tooling, while expanding your skills as our tech environment evolves. A strong customer-service mindset and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with Power BI or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
• Strong Windows desktop/laptop troubleshooting and PC hardware skills.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switches, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional technical support to employees.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and repair Windows PCs and related hardware/software.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and related accounts/permissions.
• Develop, maintain, and support Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with infrastructure as needed.
• Maintain IT documentation and participate in deployments and upgrades.
