Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation knowledge is required.
• 3+ years in a help desk or equivalent role.
• Experience with Hyper-V and VMware environments preferred.
• Proven ability to ship tasks on deadline and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource use at scale.
• Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the organization.
• Lead Hyper-V design reviews to prevent costly mistakes.
• Stitch SSH events into the VMware vSphere pipeline for reports.
• Own the Multitasking release and drive it to completion.
