Job summary

Gosnaphop is seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for users and systems at a refinery location in New Castle, Wyoming, and at smaller pipeline sites in the region. This role combines IT and OT support in a highly hands-on, onsite environment with an emphasis on end-user support, Azure/AD, and basic networking.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in IT support, strong Windows troubleshooting, and comfort working onsite in an industrial setting, following

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support/infrastructure experience.
• 2+ years troubleshooting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Experience with Azure and on-prem Active Directory.
• Strong documentation and KB creation skills.
• Comfortable in a refinery/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support, troubleshooting, PC imaging/deployment, hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, AV, and VoIP.
• Support Azure and on-prem Active Directory in a hybrid environment.
• Perform Level 1 networking support, VLANs, connectivity troubleshooting, and basic subnetting.
• Assist with server/storage, network hardware, cabling, data centers, and physical infrastructure.
• Support IT and OT systems in a refinery/industrial environment.
• Track incidents and requests through ServiceNow and create Knowledge Base Articles/documentation.
• Partner with network, infrastructure, operations, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain hardware assets, system documentation, equipment inventories, and network information.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

IT Systems Support Analyst

Location:

New Castle, WY – Onsite

Salary:

$80K–$85K

We are seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst to provide hands‑on technical support for users and systems at a refinery location in New Castle, Wyoming, as well as support several smaller pipeline sites throughout the region.

This is a highly hands‑on role supporting both traditional IT and operational technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate has strong end‑user support experience, solid Microsoft/Azure fundamentals, basic networking knowledge, and is comfortable working onsite in an industrial/refinery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote end‑user support, troubleshooting, PC imaging/deployment, hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, AV, and VoIP
• Support Azure and on-prem Active Directory in a hybrid environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of IT support/infrastructure experience
• 2+ years troubleshooting Microsoft Windows environments
• Experience with Azure and on-prem Active Directory
• Basic networking knowledge, including VLANs, subnetting, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation/KBA skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work patiently and professionally with end users
• Comfortable working in a refinery/industrial environment and following strict safety procedures
• Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation and respond onsite when required
• Must be able to work onsite in New Castle, WY
