Job summary

Constellis is seeking an IT Systems Administrator Supervisor in Los Angeles to lead the IT team in resolving user support requests across hardware, software, networking and related technologies.

The role includes managing accounts, configuring workstations, servers and network devices, and training staff on the Shopfax CMMS system. Regular hours are 6:30 am–2:30 pm with possible extended hours, in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Five years of Project/Program IT support experience required.
• CMMS (Shopfax) system experience preferred.
• Ability to test software and hardware to evaluate ease of use.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the daily functions of the projects IT team.
• Ensures all user accounts and groups are maintained and updated.
• Ensures project’s computers, servers, and network devices are set up and configured correctly and maintained.
• Configures and maintains Windows Workstations and related systems.
• Updates, manages, and trains personnel on the Shopfax CMMS system.
• Runs Shopfax reports as required.
• Ensures IT support across project sites with computers, monitors, printers, and CMMS.
• Maintains accountability and ordering of IT hardware and software inventory.
• Reconcile and distribute IT vendor invoices.
• Work hours Monday–Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm; extended/weekend hours may be required.
