Centerra Group is seeking an IT Systems Administrator Supervisor to lead the IT team in resolving user support requests across hardware, software, networking, and related technologies. The role involves overseeing CMMS Shopfax, maintaining Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of IT support experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Five years of Project/Program IT support experience required.
• CMMS (Shopfax) experience preferred.
• Test software and hardware to evaluate usability and impact on work processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily functions of the IT team.
• Maintain and update user accounts and groups.
• Set up and maintain project computers, servers, and network devices.
• Configure and maintain Windows workstations.
• Train staff on the Shopfax CMMS system and generate reports.
• Provide IT support across project sites for hardware and peripherals.
• Manage IT hardware/software inventory and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Occasional extended or weekend hours as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Projects Director/Manager.
