Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a System Support Supervisor for our client in Brighton, CO. The role focuses on configuring and maintaining system and network infrastructures in a fast-paced environment, with a requirement for 4+ years of IT experience.

The position offers a competitive salary and full benefits. Primary duties include Windows workstation/server support, AGV assistance, network configuration, user management, and software installations.

Qualifications

• Strong in Windows OS and office applications.
• Experience with network technologies such as switches, routers, access points, etc.
• 4+ years IT experience with Windows server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, handheld devices, and servers.
• Provide support to Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV).
• Configure and monitor network infrastructure, equipment, devices.
• Set up and maintain user accounts; implement RF and wireless devices; troubleshoot printers and phones.
• Perform software installation and upgrades; maintain site licenses.
• Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to prevent downtime.
• Develop training material, SOPs, run books, and instructional sheets.
