Job summary
Mounds View Public Schools is seeking a Computer Systems Specialist to support district imaging, deployment, and network services. This full-time, 12-month position requires hands-on expertise with Windows and Mac environments and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include coordinating imaging, providing advanced Helpdesk support, configuring MECM, JAMF, InTune, and other tools, and working with staff to implement secure, reliable technology district-wide.
Qualifications
- Two year degree in technology/network administration with 2–3 years of experience.
- Experience with Active Directory, MECM/JAMF/InTune and similar tools.
- Ability to install, troubleshoot, and manage LAN/WAN components.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team imaging and reimaging of district computers.
- Provide advanced Helpdesk support and analyze issues for solutions.
- Configure printers, network devices, and deployment packages.
- Manage security software and software updates district-wide.
- Support district devices including iOS, Chrome, Windows, and SMART tech.
