Job summary

HEDSouth is growing and seeking an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps our office, field, and leadership teams running smoothly and securely. Based in Hollywood, FL, this full-time role reports to the CTO and covers Microsoft 365 administration, network design, deployment, and 24/7 support.

You will work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with occasional after-hours outages; you’ll document systems, manage licenses, and protect data with reliable backups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT, systems or network administration experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong networking and endpoint management across Windows and macOS.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff and clients.
• Experience with luxury or high net worth clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own The Network: design, deploy, and support infrastructure.
• Documentation: track systems, accounts, licenses, and configurations.
• Support: first and last line of internal and client outages.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams.
• Security & Backup: protect data and maintain backups and recovery plans.
