Job summary

HealthNet Aeromedical Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems & Network Analyst in Charleston, WV. You will serve as the primary helpdesk contact and support servers, networks, endpoints, and databases under the IT Manager.

The role includes on-site deployments, after-hours work, and travel to bases as needed. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in IT and 3+ years’ IT experience with Windows Server, AD, firewall management, and SQL Server.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from an accredited institution.
Three or more years of information technology support or systems/network administration experience.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall administration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary helpdesk technician and first point of contact for IT support.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, account, and network issues; escalate when needed.
Build, maintain, and deploy computer images; configure desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
Manage devices via Microsoft Intune, including enrollment and updates.
Perform day-to-day Windows Server/AD administration and SQL Server maintenance.
Maintain firewall rules, VPN connectivity, and site-to-site tunnels; monitor LAN/WAN.
Travel to bases for installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting; support 24/7 operations.
