Job summary

Authority HVAC is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to own the technology stack end to end. You will manage business systems (NetSuite), infrastructure, security, and data reporting, while delivering hands-on IT support across employees, offices, and field staff.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, coordinate vendors, and drive system improvements to keep our operations reliable and secure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a broad IT role covering systems administration, infrastructure, security, and end-user support.
• Strong JavaScript and SQL fundamentals; familiarity with NetSuite configuration and SuiteScript.
• Understanding of APIs and REST web services to integrate systems and move data.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core business systems (NetSuite, Field Service Management) including configuration and access.
• Improve system integrations and data flow across platforms.
• Evaluate and roll out new software; manage training and adoption.
• Ensure IT infrastructure security and availability across locations.
• Provide end-user support and onboarding/offboarding; maintain docs.
