Job summary

Authority-HVA is seeking an IT & Systems Manager in Tempe to own technology end to end—from business systems to infrastructure, security, and end-user support. You will drive integrations, data quality, and reliable reporting while coordinating with outside vendors and reporting to the COO.

This hands-on role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution, including deployment of new software, access controls, and disaster recovery planning to keep the company operating securely across

Qualifications

• The candidate has 5+ years in a broad IT role covering systems administration, infrastructure, security, and end-user support.
• Solid JavaScript and database/SQL fundamentals with experience in NetSuite configuration and SuiteScript.
• Understanding of APIs/REST services to integrate systems and move data between platforms.
• Experience with ERP or field service software is a plus.
• Strong ability to build reports and dashboards across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Field Service Management) configurations and access.
• Improve data flow between platforms and reduce manual work through integrations.
• Evaluate, implement, and roll out new software with training and adoption support.
• Ensure IT infrastructure security, backup, DR, and continuity readiness across locations.
• Provide end-user support, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain simple self-help resources.
• Build and maintain leadership dashboards and ensure data quality across systems.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, renewals, and IT spend with clear ROI.
