Job summary

National Gym Supply, LLC seeks an IT Manager to own all IT workflows across NGS Intek and affiliated companies. You will oversee security, reliability, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure—service accounts, user onboarding, desktop and server environments, network devices, telephony, backups, patching, and vendor management.

Distinct from a traditional infrastructure role, you will rapidly become the Company’s NetSuite expert—leading integrations, reporting, and user training after go‑live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience including management of security, hardware, and software.
• Direct participation in at least one ERP implementation, migration, or major upgrade.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; can coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite administration and oversee ERP data mapping, cleansing, and configurations.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and e-commerce, shipping, payroll, CRM.
• Manage roles, permissions, dashboards, and reporting for finance, purchasing, inventory, and sales.
• Train end users and create internal documentation to keep knowledge in‑house.
• Ensure security posture, backup, DR planning, and incident response readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and implement cost‑effective IT solutions across sites.
• Support acquisitions with IT diligence and integration playbooks.
