Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced IT Manager, Infrastructure Engineer in New York to maintain and secure our technology stack across Microsoft 365, endpoints, networking, and cloud infrastructure. You will own complex issues, improve reliability, and elevate the employee experience through automation and best practices.

The role combines hands-on systems administration with security operations, project work, and cross‑functional collaboration, reporting to IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Hands-on with Windows 11, Dell hardware, endpoint configuration, and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with security platforms and incident response, including Defender/Sentinel.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain computer systems, cloud services, file services, and supporting infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex hardware, software, identity, connectivity, and application issues.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding with device provisioning and access management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver technology projects.
• Manage Windows 11 endpoints via Intune and Autopilot, and lifecycle for Dell devices.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement least-privilege access and security baselines; educate users on phishing and threats.
• Support integration with HR systems and identity provisioning (ADP/Workday).
