Job summary

Mach Industries is seeking a customer-focused IT Systems Administrator to support employees and maintain endpoints, identity services, servers, and cloud and on-premises systems. You will be the first point of contact for IT requests and help keep the environment secure, available, and well documented through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows and macOS in enterprise environments.
• Proficient with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IP).
• Experience with Jira/ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of patch management and security best practices.
• Ability to document procedures and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support for hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity.
• Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud IT systems including servers.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and identity services.
• Configure workstations and devices; install and update software.
• Support core services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services.
• Perform routine maintenance, backups, patches, monitoring, and optimization.
• Document procedures, asset inventories, and knowledge base content.
• Ensure security compliance and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with IT team and vendors on projects.
