Cinter Technology Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Sr. System Engineer to design, implement, and sustain our enterprise IT infrastructure.

You will lead Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud services within Azure/M365, managing vendor relationships and complex projects. This role requires 7–10 years in system engineering and IT project management, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of System Engineering experience.
• 7–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Printer Server, Radius Server, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience implementing security solutions including MFA and EDR/MDR.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS).
• Experience managing vendors and customer-facing projects.
• Japanese language skills or a deep understanding of Japanese business culture.

Aufgaben

• Provide IT infrastructure consulting services for enterprise clients.
• Support infrastructure planning for merger and acquisition (M&A) projects.
• Analyze clients' business requirements and recommend infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency.
• Prepare and present technical proposals to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure implementation projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, and vendors throughout project execution.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status reports.
• Lead quality assurance activities and ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage vendors and external partners.
• Projects may include: Microsoft Azure cloud migration; SD-WAN/SASE implementation; Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune deployment; Endpoint Security implementation; PC log management systems; BC(P), Disaster Recovery (DR), and backup solutions; Web server deployment and hosting; Enterprise infrastructure implementation including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Printer Server, Radius Server, and Monitoring Systems.
