Cinter Networks, Inc. seeks a Sr. System Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise infrastructure in Houston. The role covers Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, file/print servers, and cloud services including Azure and Intune.

You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinate with clients and vendors, and drive security improvements such as MFA and EDR/MDR. Strong communication skills and leadership are essential.

Formación

• 7–10 years of System Engineering and IT project management experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file/print servers.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Security: MFA and EDR/MDR implementation and audits.
• Cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) knowledge; vendor and customer-facing project management.
• Professional IT certifications preferred; Japanese language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT infrastructure consulting for enterprise clients.
• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure implementation projects.
• Define scope, timelines, resources, and budgets; track progress and risks.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, and vendors; present proposals.
• Maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and MS 365/Entra ID/Intune environments.
• Support data centers, security measures, and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering staff; communicate with stakeholders.
