Job summary

Automation-X Corporation is seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist to oversee hardware, software, and core business systems, providing frontline support to all employees. You will manage Microsoft 365, assist with data-driven decision making, and drive system improvements across departments.

In this role you will handle onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, network maintenance, and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT support or systems experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (required).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems.
• Experience with RF Smart.
• Basic networking knowledge; Mikrotik Routers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk and end-user support via ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, user access, permissions, configurations).
• Assist in system integration and process improvements.
• Support data extraction, reporting, and basic analysis across business systems.
• Maintain hardware and oversee device provisioning and onboarding/offboarding.
