Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Active Directory administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and systems administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, backups, and email services.
• Administer Active Directory and related Microsoft technologies.
• Monitor system performance, availability, security, and operational health.
• Apply patches, updates, and system enhancements to maintain reliability and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and coordinate recovery efforts during outages or incidents.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and backup management.
• Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.
• Support Windows, Linux, and end-user environments.
• Manage infrastructure-related projects and technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives.
