Job summary

West-Tennessee-Healthcare is seeking an IS Applications Support professional to understand basic project management concepts, interpret tasks, and participate in system selection/evaluation in coordination with departments. The role includes administration of low-complexity applications and maintaining system documentation related to security, integrity, and functionality.

You will respond to issues 24/7 under the direction of IS Applications management and may be on-call.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting incidents, changes, and project work.
• Familiarity with change management policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides low to moderate complexity application support to end users.
• Assists with upgrades, testing, and documentation of incident resolutions and system changes.
• Assists in development/implementation of new information systems applications or functionality.
• Maintains documentation of incidents, changes, and project work.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives and supports inter-department relationships.
