Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Associates degree is preferred.
• Business Administration/Healthcare degrees are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent accepted with experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and plans for current and future Customer requirements; analyzes complex problems.
• Designs, develops, tests and documents complex custom application software or directs these activities.
• Pro-actively reviews, recommends and implements data security, integrity, backup and recovery procedures.
• Responds on a 24/7 on-call basis to application problems; addresses issues timely and professionally.
