Job summary

The Greater Milwaukee Foundation seeks an IT Systems Administrator to lead in-house technology, keep systems secure, and support staff, donors, board members and partners across hybrid and in-person events. Reporting to the Director of IT and Facilities, you will work with our MSP to manage core systems and drive IT projects.

Responsibilities include administering the Microsoft 365 suite, Intune endpoint management, and providing responsive helpdesk support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field.
Four or more years of progressive IT experience including systems administration and end-user support.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and endpoint management (Intune or equivalent).
Experience with event, board meeting or conference technology is preferred.
Nonprofit or foundation environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administers Foundation's Microsoft 365 tenant and endpoint management; licenses, access reviews, and provisioning.
Provide desktop, mobile, and peripheral support; troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity.
Lead or support event technology for onsite, virtual and hybrid events and meetings.
Develop and maintain IT runbooks, documentation and SOPs; transition issues to MSP as needed.
Assist in cybersecurity tasks and incident response with the IT team.
