Job summary

Zilli Hospitality Group is seeking an IT Coordinator / Systems Manager to be the go-to technology resource for employees across Milwaukee venues and corporate offices. You’ll work with our MSP to keep systems running smoothly, set up laptops, manage Microsoft 365, and support our Fusion catering software.

This hands-on role values problem solving, strong communication, and a proactive mindset. You’ll coordinate technology projects, train staff, and help maintain a secure, reliable IT environment

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience working with vendors or managed IT providers.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day technology support for employees.
• Managing user accounts, hardware, and software.
• Serving as the internal owner of our Fusion catering software.

As our IT Coordinator / Systems Manager, you'll be the go-to technology resource for employees while partnering with our Managed Service Provider to keep systems running smoothly across multiple venues and office locations. One day you might be setting up new employee laptops, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, or helping improve our catering software. The next, you'll coordinate a network upgrade or support technology for one of Milwaukee's premier event venues. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact across an organization.
