Job summary

The Greater Milwaukee Foundation in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Senior Special Events and Convening Manager to lead enterprise-wide events, convenings and stakeholder engagements that advance the Foundation's mission, strengthen donor relationships and amplify its community impact.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan, budget, produce and evaluate events; oversee staff, volunteers and vendors; and ensure an exceptional, inclusive day-of experience that aligns with brand

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and conduct strategic event planning with cross-functional teams to advance the Foundation's mission.
• Provide strategic leadership and advisory on event vision, audience engagement and convenings.
• Lead enterprise event planning standards and ensure high-quality stakeholder experience.
• Oversee annual advance planning to inform the budget.
• Participate in meetings, events and training as required.
• Manage budgets, contracts, financial reporting and resources.
