Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky (CATK) in Kentucky seeks an IT/Systems professional to lead the demand analysis, design, and implementation of QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, and Mobile Apps, aligning them with business needs and boosting operational efficiency.

You will troubleshoot performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain databases, and document configurations while ensuring on-site attendance and travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience integrating and optimizing QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, Mobile Apps and other enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of business systems and logic, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.) and database operations.
• Experience in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the demand analysis, scheme design, and implementation promotion of QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, Mobile Apps and other enterprise systems to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, Mobile Apps and other systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain operation systems and mobile phone applications, including construction, operation, maintenance, and technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business requirements with information systems, improving overall business performance and user satisfaction.
• Ensure seamless database operation, configuration, and maintenance, leveraging proficiency in programming such as Python, C/C++, Java, or JavaScript as needed.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives.
