Responsibilities

• Responds to technical support requests via phone, email, and helpdesk tickets.
• Diagnoses and resolves issues across hardware, software, cloud services, networking, and virtualization.
• Builds, configures, deploys, and maintains Windows, Mac, and Linux workstations and servers.
• Administers Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and identity/access management systems.
• Manages servers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems.
• Supports scientific research equipment and computational infrastructure.
